Keeping track of your documents and filing receipts when you’re on-the-go can be a headache, to say the least.
Helping make sense of the madness is a new update from Documents.
Papers, please
Documents is an app that has long offered file management solutions, and the recently released version 5.0 has even more features for road warriors.
Documents 5.0 now lets you download and view virtually any type of document on your iOS device, including MS Office files, iWork documents, and PDFs.
App with a view
Documents can be downloaded and synched from multiple sources such as Dropbox, Google Drive and iCloud. Once downloaded, your docs can be arranged into folders via the app’s File Management system.
We also like the way you can highlight, strikeout and underline text in PDFs.
Play it again, Sam
Documents is also a fully functional media player, meaning music, videos and photos can be quickly viewed and played.
For those after a full service document management system, Documents 5 is one of the best. And it’s free too.
