Do you often send bulk emails, but want to add more of a personal touch before hitting BCC?
A new tool helps you clone and tailor your Gmail messages.
Double by numbers
Duplicate Gmail Drafts is a free app that lets you create clones of your messages, allowing you to add personalised touches without having to cut and paste your missive.
At the moment the free tool lets you clone five messages in your drafts at one time.
Multiplicity
To get started, create a draft folder and give Duplicate Gmail Drafts access to your Gmail account.
Then select the message you want to duplicate and the app will do the rest.
For larger send outs, the same developer has created a Mail Merge tool that works with Google Sheets.
