Want to know how mobile-friendly and fast your website is?
Google's now got a tool for that.
Speed demon
Google's new testing tool is easy to use – simply whack in your URL and Google will measure your website's mobile friendliness and loading speed, based on a scale of one to 100.
It does this by analysing factors just as HTML, CSS, and images.
Tweaky time
Once it's crunched the data, Google rates your site for mobile friendliness and loading times on mobile and desktop.
If the numbers are low, Google offers tips on how to fix the problem. For example, mobile loading times can be helped by adjusting JavaScript and CSS settings.
With Google advising most users leaves a mobile site that doesn't load in three seconds, this tool could be an easy fix for brands looking to keep up to speed.
