Ever had to send a huge document in a hurry, only have your email spit it out at the last minute?
Set your uploading frustrations aside with the very helpful Hightail.
High five
Hightail (formerly known as YouSentIt) allows users to send large files.
While there are plenty of other file sharing options such as Google Drive and Dropbox, Hightail's ease of use makes it one of our favourites.
You can send up to 10G of data directly from you computer or mobile, and control who sees the information.
Sharing the love
Hightail offers a number of options for team projects. You can share project folders with team members, and allocate who can edit the information.
We also like the way clients can upload files directly to your Hightail folder.
All information is sent with password protection, and user verification adds an additional layer of security.
Work anywhere
Hightail offers unlimited cloud storage, so you can access your files from your mobile, tablet or desktop. While the Hightail Express extension plugs into Outlook, so you can send files directly via email too.
We also like the way the Hightail app lets you electronically sign documents. No more need to print, sign and scan.
