This iOS app lets you connect with your friends no matter what region or timezone they're in. 

It works like this: once you download Pixcall will invite the contacts on your phone to sign up.

It then sends an iMessage to participate in a "Pixcall" – an event where you simultaneously take photos of yourself on your phone.

Say cheese

Once the time of the Pixcall is confirmed, the app takes pics of everyone at the same time, then sends the results to all participants. Photos can be viewed individually or as a collage.

Images can be comments on, shared and downloaded.

All photos are deleted after 24 hours.
