Most would agree that less workplace meetings are a good thing, but that doesn’t mean they can't be great opportunities to generate ideas and boost productivity.

At least that’s the thinking behind new service Solid.

Solid start

Solid’s first step in getting you up-to-speed is sending you an agenda for your upcoming meetings.

It does this by pulling data from your Google Calendar or Office 365 account. You can also add goals to the agenda.

During the meeting Solid makes sure all agenda items are addressed, and you're not running overtime.

Shake up

After the meeting Solid sends you email with a summary of the outcome, and outlines any tasks to be completed.

Solid also sends a survey to all participants to get their feedback on the meeting. 

For teams with heavy meeting schedules, Solid might help make the process that little bit less painful.
