The Twitter rich can now get richer, with the platform unveiling its latest app aimed at the blue-tick elite.

Engage offers content creators, celebrities, and prominent users souped-up details about their tweets and followers.

Notifications have always been overwhelming for those with a large following, and Engage goes some way to solving that problem.

The self-titled first tab unearths important new followers and mentions from influencers, as well as long-term fans with regular engagement.

The Understand tab offers live data on recent tweets, combined metrics on likes, retweets, replies, video views, and deeper follower demographics.

The app also unveils topics trending among a user's audience, and outlines tweet-by-tweet stats in categories such as video, photos and GIFs, and text tweets.

While Engage positions itself as an essential tool for influencers and content creators, it is available to all users.
