WhatsApp now available on desktop

WhatsApp has just released an update that will make it easier for its millions of users to keep chatting.

The app's now available on desktop for Mac and Windows.

WhatsApp for desktop mirrors the functionality of its mobile cousin, as much as possible.

The app is synched with your mobile device yet runs natively on your desktop, meaning a quicker, more streamlined experienced.

The desktop iteration also comes with keyboard shortctus and native notifications.

Chat bot

WhatsApp is one of the most popular messaging apps, will close to 1 billion users. Over 70% of these use the app every day.

That puts it in competition with Messenger. Happily for Facebook, it owns both of them.
