Now a new plugin called Focusbook helps you stay on track in the social network.

Focusbook for Chrome is a free plugin that promises to help you stay productive on Facebook.

It does this by reminding you why you opened Facebook in the first place. 

If you browse for too long, Focusbook deploys a blue overlay across your news feed, so you have to be snappy with your social time.

While there are plenty of Facebook blockers out there (or the old fashioned option of exercising self-restraint), Focusbook might be more effective by identifying your reasons for Facebooking. And by identifying these causes, it may streamline your social browsing habits.
