The latest is Twitter, which promises lots of premium video is coming really soon.

Twitter isn’t messing around, announcing 16 content deals spanning news, sports, esports, and entertainment.
These deals will bring hundreds of hours of premium content to tweeters.
Live in the moment
A big feature of Twitter’s foray into broadcasting involves live streaming across programs, events, and sporting matches.
Twitter will tap into a network of more than 200 video publishers to bring its mighty vision to life.
Ramping up
So far this year Twitter has produced over 800 hours of live streaming video content covering 450 events, attracting a global audience of 45 million unique viewers.
And millennials are lapping it up. Over half (55%) of logged-in live viewers are aged under 25 years.
However Twitter will face still competition as Facebook, Snapchat, and Apple are all getting into original programming in 2016. Pass the remote.
