Millennial mojo
Snapchat now has over 200 million daily active users. And boy, are they active.
Over 60% of users create snaps every day, and 400 million Snapchat stories are posted every 24 hours.
Some 9000 snaps are shared every second.

Snappers can’t get enough of video. A staggering 10 billion videos are shared every day on the platform. That’s a 400% increase in just one year.
It’s also more than Facebook’s 8 billion daily video views.
Ephemeral
While Snapchat has released a bunch of new features intended to make content more long lasting, the fleeting nature of snaps still appeals to many users.
Over one third of snappers admit they use the platform because their content has an expiry date.
