Twitter’s Top Gun for marketers

Twitter has launched an online boot camp aimed at bringing marketers up-to-speed with the micro-blogging platform.

Twitter Flight School is designed to help marketers and agencies better understand how Twitter can benefit their business.

The online crash course covers everything from tactics to how to develop high-impact marketing campaigns.

Classes are delivered via short form modules and can be access on mobile. Content is tailored for a variety of different skills sets and experience levels.

Twitter road tested Flight School with agencies including Starcom MediaVest Group and Omnicom ahead of its wider roll out.

The update is one of many as Twitter looks to widen its appeal – and bottom line.

If Twitter Flight School can turn a new wave of marketers and agencies into become micro-blogging magicians, it’s already a Top Gun.
