Instagram tests Live Streaming

Never one to be left behind, Instagram is reportedly testing a live streaming feature.

Keeping up with the Joneses

Certain Android users have spotted a large red button at the bottom of the screen reading "Go Insta!".

This leads to the beta Live streaming feature, which embeds the stream via Instagram Stories.

Feather in the hat

While nothing official has been announced, the update fits in with Facebook's massive push into live streaming.

Facebook recently announced Live streams could be scheduled, while Instagram also adopted the Snapchat-esque Stories format.

We're betting there will be more from the live streaming world before the year's out.
