Facebook is piloting a new subscriptions feature for small numbered groups, and continues to provide support for admins and foster community leadership.
Power to the people
Many admins create additional subscribers-only groups that rest alongside their existing group, needing additional tools to track and collect payment info.
Now, admins can provide these experiences with built-in tools, allowing users to sign-up and manage their own subscriptions through Facebook, via Android and iOS apps.
Building up support
Facebook’s new approach to foster creative content is helping communities generate income, while engaging more followers.
As subscription groups continue to improve this experience, Facebook will pivot accordingly to provide stronger spaces for communal support. Because they’re all about community, right?
What do you think about the latest push for Subscription Groups? Do you think this will be a significant boost for Groups? Give us your thoughts in the comment section below.
