The study found these tools positively impact small business in four key areas: reaching new customers, reaching new markets, creating jobs, and growth.

Google discovered that small businesses who use web analytics and online video were 3X more likely to experience increased customer interest, such as calls and leads.
These businesses were also 3X more likely to see more sales inquiries, via foot traffic and orders.
Online Order Up
The research found that businesses using advanced digital tools, such as cloud-based communication services, were 3X more likely to have exported in the past year.
While digitally advanced small businesses experienced revenue growth almost 4X as high as in the previous year.
