LinkedIn has launched a new feature allowing users to easily share multiple photos.
Flip through the photos
LinkedIn users need no longer be restrained to merely a profile picture and workplace wording. Want to share a snap of your work team’s company culture? How about an industry event recently attended? Now you can.
The new feature enables the ability to share photos pertinent to your network and further entice perspective applicants.
Applicants will also benefit from better demonstrating concrete images of past projects and accomplishments, perhaps giving an edge in the search for employment.
Apple now, the rest soon
The new photo sharing feature is currently only available to iOS users with Android and desktop soon to follow.
With social media culture flourishing through nearly every platform, the addition of photos to LinkedIn’s portfolio is keeping in step with the demand of the times.
Would you benefit from showcasing photos on your LinkedIn account? Does this feel like a step in the right direction? Let us know in our comment section.
