While Instagram Stories might have leapfrogged Snapchat in popularity, a new report shows Snapchat's top of the pops with the kids.
Teen dream
The biannual Taking Stock with Teens survey by Piper Jaffray asked 5500 teens their opinions about digital trends.
It revealed 39% of teens use Snapchat daily, compared to 23% for Instagram. Some 81% use Snapchat monthly.
That marks a decent increase for Snapchat. In Piper Jaffray's last survey six months ago, those figures were 35% for Snapchat and 24% for Instagram.
Brand loyalty
Nike was the most popular clothing and the most popular footwear brand for respondents, however adidas was the fastest growing brand.
And apparently the 90s are back in vogue with leggings, chokers, and Converse the top trends for upper-income females.
Square eyes
The survey also asked teens about their viewing habits.
It may not come as a shock to find that Netflix topped the ratings with 38% of the vote, followed by YouTube (26%) and cable TV (23%).
