Business profiles on Instagram will now be able to plan organic posts, and view public profiles that have tagged or made mention of its brand.
Natural content gets boost
Business profiles will also be able to view competitors, while keeping informed on their own social media PR, all thanks to the latest update.
The addition of organic insights and comment moderation is a response to the number one request of more than 16 million customers, according to marketing partner HootSuite.
Businesses will be able to securely manage large volumes of content, organise team members, and engage multiple Instagram accounts with increased efficiency.
Big numbers for big business
Instagram announced late last year over 25 million businesses were using the platform, up 8 million since last March – plus a whopping 15 million since July.
Since launching preliminary tests in mid-2016, the business profile initiative has made leaps and bounds in improvements. With the new streamlined approach to managing posts, we could see more natural content from companies in the months to come.
