If you use Canvas Ads on Facebook, life just got a little easier. Or at least more automated.
Set and Forget
Now when you enter a URL to create your ad, Facebook automatically pulls images from the page, including their related links. And boom: you now have a Canvas Ad!
The tech wizardry is thanks to Facebook using a new third-party Marketing API.
Smoke and Mirrors
Until now, creating Canvas Ads was a time-consuming, laborious, and frankly often frustrating process.
It involved manually uploading images and videos, entering text and links, and individually arranging every element on the page.
Now it’s almost as simple as cut and paste. Which means it’s also a lot quick to spend your marketing budget too. Consider yourselves forewarned!
